Calf forming is a surgical procedure, the essence of which is to place implants on the inside of the lower leg.<\/p>

The need for sub-implantation is usually associated with a congenital lack of clearly defined calf relief. Although the popular, non-medical name of the calf process is “Roman calf”, the idea is to shape an aesthetic contour on the inside of the leg. Most men use male calf care, although there are women with this problem.<\/p>

Calfs are the most difficult to shape muscles with the help of exercise and sports. This is because the calf consists of superficial and deep muscles. Surface shapes its relief, while the depths are more down to the bones. That is, walking, running and sports heal deep muscles, but they do not have much attitude to the surface. Sometimes the absence of a calf is due to the fact that the muscles are shorter at the expense of tendons. These are genetic predispositions.<\/p>

No complete anesthesia (general anesthesia) is required for this calf preparation procedure.<\/p>

During the recovery period, about 14 days, an elastic bandage or special socks is carried.<\/p>
