Very often small skin tumors such as moles, warts, etc., spoil the good aesthetic appearance of the face and create discomfort. This calls for their removal. Despite the widespread belief that these things should not be removed, removing them surgically is safe.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Poor fame in removing moles is linked to several cases where the investigation was wrongly perceived as a cause. In some cases, the presence of an internal tumor may appear as a mole on the skin – i.e. as a consequence of processes already in the body, even if one does not suspect their development. In these cases it is quite normal to discover the true cause of the appearance of a skin formation.<\/p>

But in the general case, this benign skin tumors and the removal of moles in no way can lead to an internal disease. Therefore, it is advisable to remove them when they give a non-aesthetic appearance to the skin.<\/p>

When removing moles, the direction of incision is the most important. Cutting is done in minimal aesthetic limits by the foliar excision method – this is a specific cut in the shape of a leaf in which the direction of the long axis is important. It should be parallel and coincide with the natural folds of the face.<\/p>

When scarred in such a direction, after ripening, it is completely inconspicuous. If, however, the incision is made in a direction perpendicular to natural folds or wrinkles, it remains very noticeable, no matter how fine it is.<\/p>

When removing moles and other small skin tumors, they must be sent for histological examination. In the vast majority of cases, the result is benign, which does not require other action. I am convinced that, especially for women, scars cause more discomfort than pride. Very often they fit their clothing and swimsuits with a scar that they prefer to hide, and this often makes them unnecessarily shy and has little or no influence on the ease of creating relationships.<\/p>

In general terms, both in terms of moles and when you have a hesitation in removing any unpleasant scar, it is enough to ask just one question: “Should I?”<\/p>

When it comes to removing trauma and trauma, it should be clear that this is not a complete erasure.<\/p>

Getting a scar means doing it fine. And the reason for the existence of larger scars is usually related to the direction in which the skin is cut or injured and then sewn or healed. In general, fine cut and cut seams are not a priority in classical surgery, and in plastic surgery the correction of larger scars has been practiced relatively recently.<\/p>

Usually, a technique is used where the broad scar is cut and the wound is stitched very finely, so as to obtain the narrowest possible scar, such as a thread.<\/p>
