Knowing the facial anatomy is an important condition for determining what hyaluronic acid film at what depth and with what technique to put it in order to obtain the best and lasting result. Fillers should be placed in an environment and in a way to avoid any contamination.<\/p>

Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide and a basic structural component of the middle layer of the skin. There are also collagen and elastin fibers. It can be said that the balance of these components is important for the healthy appearance of the skin. The impact of a number of pollutants on the environment as well as the impact of ultraviolet rays gradually lead to a reduced ability of cells to produce this important substance – hyaluronic acid.<\/p>

The main function of hyaluronic acid is to absorb and retain water, up to 1000 times its own weight. Thus, the polysaccharide hyaluronic acid attracts water and maintains its quantity in the cellular space, thanks to which the skin is hydrated, its density increases its volume. In addition, hyaluronic acid contributes to the transport of important nutrients in surrounding cells.<\/p>

Therefore, the depletion of hyaluronic acid is reflected not only in the outer beauty but also in the overall condition of the skin – reduction of turgidity, loss of volume and appearance of the first wrinkles.<\/p>

Some call hyaluronic acid “the fountain of eternal youth” because its presence in the skin is essential for the normal functioning of the middle layer of the epidermis.<\/p>

Hyaluronic acid fillers are most often recommended for lip volume, chin and cheeks. It is appropriate to use hyaluronic acid for fan-shaped wrinkles around the mouth and for deeper nasolabial facial grooves that are formed from the end of the nose to the end of the lip.<\/p>

The dignity of hyaluronic acid fillers is that they do not block the mimics in this area of \u200b\u200bthe face. They are also best suited for correction of dropped corners of the mouth, removal of acne scars, smoothing of wrinkles on neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9. Sometimes they are used in combination with botox treatments. For example, a botox could be placed on the forehead, but a hyaluronic acid filler of the so-called “angry” fold between the eyebrows. Such combined facial contouring techniques must be consulted and assessed by a physician.<\/p>

For rejuvenating procedures and aesthetic corrections, hyaluronic acid fillers have been in use since 1977. They are also called “plugs” or “dermal implants”.<\/p>
